What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Standard Shipping (Delivery in 3-6 working days) is $10.50 Express Shipping (Delivery in 2-3 working days) is $20.50 Delivery times include working days only, holidays are not considered. Please note the courier UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses. International shipping is available for selected countries and shipping costs may vary.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Our payments are processed via PayPal. Generally, PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute.

How do I track my order?
You may track the delivery of your order by using the TRACKING NUMBER provided by the UPS courier. You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account. The UPS courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a UPS contact number. Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
What is your exchange and refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Driven by Ambition purchase, return it to us within 7 days from the date you receive the shipment. Include the original receipt and reason for exchanging. If a product is defective we will exchange the item. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Please note that we do not refund items but will gladly exchange the item for an item of equal price. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
